As a licensed Pharmacist, I've gained a profound understanding of the intricate workings of the body and the power of conventional medicine. This knowledge forms a strong foundation for my holistic approach to healing.

Alongside my pharmacy practice, I am a dedicated Reiki Practitioner. Reiki has opened my heart to the subtle yet profound energy that flows through us all. It's an honor to facilitate healing, balance, and deep relaxation for those I work with.

My love for movement and mindful presence also led me to become a certified Yoga Teacher and owner of North Loft Yoga studio in Chicago. I believe in the transformative power of connecting breath, body, and mind. My yin classes, accompanied with healing touch, offer a supportive space to explore flexibility, stillness, and inner peace.
